This is a summary of the rules for ease of reference. This is in addition to, but does not supersede, the Terms and Conditions which you agreed to upon creating an account. These terms and conditions can be found here: https://footballsuperstars.com/register/terms_and_conditions/
Cybersports retains full ownership of the website, the forums and the game and reserves the right to edit or restrict any form of communication therein at their discretion. Cybersports also reserves the right to edit these rules without notification.
[edit] Penalties for misconduct
If you breach this code of conduct or act in a manner which is deemed to be detrimental to other players then the following actions could be applied to your account:
• Permanent or temporary ban on all game access
• Permanent or temporary ban on in game chat
• Permanent or temporary ban on in forum access
• Editing of character – This could be removal of items, money, skills or a reduction in stats, fame or experience
• Warning
These actions will be applied at the discretion of Cybersports.
[edit] Reporting Abuse
If you witness anyone breaking any of the game rules then please report them in game by pressing F11. This will generate a chat log. You must then submit a ticket providing as much information as possible and we will look into the matter.
[edit] Moderators
• Moderators may be either volunteer Helpers from within the community or may be GMs who are employees of cybersports. A moderator’s decision on conduct issues is final. Attempting to avoid a game, chat or forum ban may result in an extension of the ban.
• Helpers are bound by the same rules as all players. If you witness a Helper breaking the game rules or abusing their position then please press F11 to generate a chat log and then submit the details in a ticket.
[edit] Account Security
• You must not buy, sell, share, loan, swap or in any way transfer ownership of an account.
• You must not attempt to gain access to another person’s account by any means.
• You must not share your login details with another player.
• You must not provide your own personal details; email, phone number, bank details to another player.
• You must not request the personal details of another player
[edit] Communication
• You must not use any language which may be considered offensive to any other player. This includes discriminatory remarks, insults, swearing or any language deemed to cause upset.
• You must not spam the communication channels. Spam refers to comments which have no relevance to the topic at hand or which disrupt the smooth flow of communication
• You must not link to content inappropriate for a family audience.
• You must not advertise any external websites or products without prior written consent from Cybersports
[edit] Gameplay
• You must not abuse any bugs found in game in order to gain an unfair advantage. All bugs must be reported to Cybersports by raising a ticket.
• You must not use any external software to provide an unfair advantage
• You must not use game features in a way for which they were not intended.
• You must not attempt to bypass the AFK time-out tool.
• Match fixing and stat padding are strictly prohibited
• You must not act in a manner which is directly discruptive to others’ enjoyment of the game. This includes aiding the opposition, deliberate own goals, repeatedly and unnecessarily kicking the ball out of play.
• You may only be logged into the game on one account at a time.
