1 Training matches
Training matches are 3 on 3 10 minutes matches between Team Red and Team Blue. You always play for Team Red. Your only teammate and both of your opponents are controlled by AI. You can choose between Easy, Medium and hard, as the difficulty level for the training match. It doesn't provide XP, FSD, fame or FPA increase. It also does not increase thirst. It is supposed to help you learn the basics of the game. However, experience players also use it occasionally to practise new moves.
2 Amateur Matches
Amateur matches are for the players with level from 1 to 9. It is match between Team A and Team B, also known as Team Blue and Team Red. Matches are 5 on 5, 10 minutes long. You will receive XP, FSD, fame and FPA improvements for playing amateur matches. You can see the names of your teammates and your opponents as they gather for the game, but can't swap teams. Positions are assigned randomly. A team has a left forward, right forward, centre midfielder and a centre back. Once you reach level 10, you will not be able to play amateur matches anymore.
3 Friendly matches
Friendly matches are 5 on 5 20 minutes matches between Team A and Team B, that can be played either in Blue and Red kits or in lifestyle clothes. Friendly matches don't give any rewards in XP, FSD, fame and they don't yield any FPA improvements. You can see names of your teammates and opponents as they gather for the match and also may swap from one team to another. Positions are assigned randomly. A team has a left forward, right forward, centre midfielder and a centre back. You can only play friendly matches once you reach level 10. You can only play friendly matches with the players of your division and you can't see friendly matches forming in other divisions.
4 FS Club matches
These are competitive matches where you will play for your chosen FS Club against opponents from other Clubs, with all the results influencing your team's position in the FS league. Games can be 5 a-side, 7 a-side and 11 a-side, depending on division. In division 2 you can play 7 a-side 30 minutes games or 11 a-side 30 minutes games, in division 3 you can play 7 a-side 30 minutes games and 5 a-side 20 minutes games, and in divison 4 you can only play 5 a-side 20 minutes games. You don't know your teammates and your opponents until the match begins. Positions are assigned randomly. Each FS Club game played (and completed) will earn you FSDs, experience, fame, and your FPA stats will increase. You can only play FS Club matches once you reached level 10.
5 Player-Managed Club matches
If you are a member of a Player-Managed Club (PMC), you can play friendly games against other PMCs and compete in the PMC tournaments. Playing PMC matches will earn you fame and stat points. You can earn experience and FSDs along fame and stat points in official PMC competition games. You know your teammates and your position as line-up for the game is arranged by PMC management. Also good PMCs have a certain gameplan and style of play.
PMC matches can be 5 a-side 20 minutes, 7 a-side 30 minutes, 11 a-side 30 minutes or 11 a-side 90 minutes. It is also possible to play 11v10, 11v10, 11v9 and 11v8.
There are two types of official PMC matches:
PMC tournament games without even field mode. Those games offer rewards. Amount of rewards is the same as in FSC matches.
PMC tournament games in even field mode. In this mode everyone have the same stats and the same level. Skills and boosts are not used. You still have boots, but they provide no effect. Those matches provide rewards, and the amount of reward is the same as if you played with your actual level.
